Is that cheap “limo company” responsible, reliable & honest?
DO THEY HAVE A MINOR’S POLICY in place – WE DO!

Is the Limo insured? – Some companies insure only some of their vehicles or even worse NOT AT ALL! All San Diego Limobuses & Spectrum Limousines are insured up to $5 million with an “A” rated California insurance carrier.

Is the company licensed with the Public Utilities Commission (P.U.C.) to find out go to: www.cpuc.ca.gov – Chances are if the limo company is not licensed with the P.U.C. then it most likely does not have insurance & is not CHP safety inspected! You will run the risk of the vehicle getting seized by the CHP & they can make your group get alternative transportation. You could lose everything! All of our San Diego Limobuses & Spectrum Limousines are FULLY insured, CHP safety inspected, & P.U.C. registered (TCP#6682-B), which should give you peace of mind so you can relax & enjoy the event. Further all of our chauffeurs are DMV state certified.

Important questions to consider…
1 – Want to be embarrassed when the vehicle shows up? All San Diego Limobuses & Spectrum Limousines are “Top of the Line” with custom designed interiors.

2 – Will the vehicle smell like sweat/old vomit? San Diego Limobuses & Spectrum Limousines have a partnership with a professional carpet cleaner.

3 – Will the old vehicle ride so that loud you can’t hear conversations or so hard that it’s uncomfortable, and possibly causing a beverage to be spilled on you or your group?

4 – Will you have dirty, missing or cheap plastic glasses? We make sure our vehicles are stocked with crystal clear sterilized glasses.

5 – Will the vehicle make it safely on time to your destination & back? Although we’re not perfect we do have a proven record since 1987, of being safe, honest & reliable. San Diego Limobuses & Spectrum Limousines together are one of the larger transportation services of this kind in San Diego & arguably is the “Original limobus company” in the entire USA.

We recommend asking for proof (get a copy or visual): it must be on file at their office.
A – The chauffer for your reservation with their “DMV Class B License which should have in many cases several DMV endorsements”. Depending on the vehicle size may be mandatory to operate the vehicle you’ve chosen.

B – Proof of insurance for the vehicle you’ve chosen with the exact VIN#, plate #, & vehicle description.

C – Business permit (i.e. – City of San Diego Business Tax Permit)

WARNINGS
*Many, many companies will only partially insure or claim their fleet, they will not get CHP safety inspected and they’ll use unlicensed drivers. DANGER!

*Some companies will overbook & over promise people then take the highest priced reservation leaving the rest of the reservations looking for transportation at the last minute.

*Take your deposit and run…there are so many internet companies out there that are not even real! You can check the P.U.C. (Public Utilities Commission) to make sure they’re licensed
